V Kranju se je v četrtek, 5. 10. 2023, odprl 12. Mednarodni festival likovnih umetnosti Kranj – ZDSLU!
Letošnji dobitnik priznanja za življenjsko delo, ki ga podeljuje ZDSLU je akademski slikar Milan Erič. Poleg njegove razstave v Galeriji Kranjske hiše, si je moč ogledati tudi dela priznanih slovenskih in tujih umetnikov kot so: Juan Miro, Mirsad Begić, Vladimir Veličkovič, Safet Zec, Jiři Anderle, Avgust Černigoj, Andre Masson, Zoran Mušič, Jože Tisnikar, Bard Iucundus in še mnogo drugih.
Letos smo znova podelili dve nagradi in priznanja umetnikom za kvaliteto likovnih del na letošnjo temo festivala: Risba, intimni zapis in temelj likovnega ustvarjanja.
1. Grand Prix festivala je mednarodna žirija podelila:

Na festivalu je so razstavljena dela 110 domačih in tujih umetnikov iz 17 držav vključno s Slovenijo na 14ih razstaviščih Starega mestnega jedra Kranja.

On Thursday, October 5, 2023, marked the opening of the 12th International Festival of Visual Arts Kranj – ZDSLU!
The recipient of this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award, presented by ZDSLU, is the academic painter Milan Erič. In addition to his exhibition at the Kranj House Gallery, visitors can explore works by renowned Slovenian and international artists such as Juan Miro, Mirsad Begić, Vladimir Veličković, Safet Zec, Jiři Anderle, Avgust Černigoj, Andre Masson, Zoran Mušič, Jože Tisnikar, Bard Iucundus, and many others.
This year, two awards and recognitions were once again bestowed upon artists for the quality of their artworks related to the festival’s theme: Drawing, an intimate record and foundation of visual creation.
- The Grand Prix of the festival was awarded by the international jury to Dujo Medić (HR).
- The Award, the Purchase Award of the Gorenjski Museum, was awarded by the international jury to the member of the Kranj Art Society, Goran Medjugorac.

The international jury also awarded recognition for the impactful presentation concept of Ukrainian artists curated by Bagrat Arazyan (Armenia/Slovenia) with the project “Ukrainian Project: Love/War/Love” (Ukraine).
The festival features works by 110 local and international artists from 17 countries, including Slovenia, exhibited across 14 venues in the Old Town of Kranj.
